In 2010, Fleet Evolution was born to make eco-friendly cars available for smaller businesses. We kicked off the UK’s first electric car scheme for companies, starting with those having just 50 employees. Now, we work with companies ranging from 3 to 12,000 employees, showing our dedication to businesses of any size.
From the beginning, we’ve been all about innovation. Our schemes are made for employers’ ease, focusing on the needs of HR departments rather than complex fleet management. We make it straightforward for companies to offer green vehicle options to their employees.

At Fleet Evolution, apprenticeships aren’t just a pathway in, they’re a route to the top.
Over 75% of our team began their careers through apprenticeships. Four of our six senior leaders, including our General Manager, all started as apprentices with us.
Our journey began in 2012 with Charlotte Brooks, our first apprentice. She now leads as General Manager, alongside other former apprentices like Jordan, our Sales Manager, and Emily, our HR and Office Manager.
We’re proud winners of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce People Development award. It celebrates how far apprenticeships can take you when fully supported.
We offer Level 4 and 5 apprenticeships, with degree-level schemes in development with Aston University. We’re proving that real growth starts with real investment in people.
We’re proud to be award-winners with titles like the Global Excellence Awards 2020 and many more. This shows we’re doing things right when it comes to green cars.
We belong to the BVRLA, keeping us updated with industry standards and showing our commitment to excellence. We also work with many green business groups nationally, regularly collaborating with universities, speaking on the university circuit, and conducting research projects.
