Many of our team started their journey with us as apprentices. From day one, they’ve worked on real projects, gained real skills, and grown into vital members of our team.

Over 75% of our team began their careers through apprenticeships. Four of our six senior leaders, including our General Manager, all started as apprentices with us.
From Learners to Leaders
Our journey began in 2012 with Charlotte Brooks, our first apprentice. She now leads as General Manager, alongside other former apprentices like Jordan, our Sales Manager, and Emily, our HR and Office Manager.

When you come in for an interview, it might be for one position. But if we see your strengths shining somewhere else, we’ll work with you to find the best fit.
Take Georgia, for example. She started with us on an accounts apprenticeship, soon found herself supporting our Driverline team, and eventually landed where she really thrives – in an Account Manager role. We can’t imagine the team without her now.
And she’s not stopping there. Georgia’s currently on her second apprenticeship, this time with the University of Manchester, focusing on sustainability – showing just how far the right fit can take you.

We offer dedicated sustainability training and apprenticeships, with many of our team choosing to take part themselves to build their expertise and stay ahead. As your career develops, we’ll support you with higher-level apprenticeships tailored to your field, and offer management training to help you take the next step when the time’s right.

Meet Jess – she joined us in 2023 as a Driverline Apprentice. After completing her Business Administration apprenticeship and gaining experience across departments, she now plays a key role in our Operations team as an Operations Executive.

- Charlotte Brookes
Our very first apprentice, Charlotte holds a unique place in Fleet Evolution’s story. Her enthusiasm, drive, and commitment set the tone for the programme that followed. While her claim to being “the best” may spark some healthy team debate, there’s no denying she showed just how far passion and dedication can take you in the right environment.
- Jordan Hastelow
Jordan brought a diverse background with her when she joined, including a stint behind a deli counter; and yes, she’s been delivering sharp slices of strategy ever since. She’s led our sales team from just two people to a thriving group of seven.
- Emily Ballinger
Emily joined us just as the pandemic began, diving into remote working only days into her business admin apprenticeship. She quickly made her mark, stepping into an office management role and later taking on a second apprenticeship in HR.
