The manufacturer initially provides roadside assistance; however, the duration of your vehicle manufacturer’s roadside assistance varies, therefore please always check your vehicle’s handbook for the cover provided and the period of cover for your specific vehicle. If your vehicle manufacturer’s roadside assistance scheme expires during the term of your contract, provided your contract includes roadside assistance resulting from a mechanical failure, roadside assistance will continue to be provided by our roadside assistance partner. You will receive details of the cover provided and their contact details once your vehicle is outside the manufacturer’s roadside assistance warranty period.

All accidents should be reported to your insurance company and, if appropriate, your employer’s fleet administrator. Your insurance company and your employer’s insurer are responsible for the costs of any associated repairs.
The maintenance package does not cover vehicle recovery or repairs resulting from an accident. These are normally covered by your insurance and should be carried out by an insurance-approved repairer in accordance with your own or employer’s insurance policy and procedures.
Please note, as per the terms of your contract, you / your employer’s fleet administrator are required to advise Fleet Evolution of any damage sustained to your vehicle, however caused, as soon as possible.

When contacting, mention Fleet Evolution and your vehicle’s registration number. Arrangements will be made for tyre fitting, or tyres will be ordered as needed to quickly get you back on the road.
All glass-related damage is the user’s responsibility. However, depending on the extent of the damage, the most cost-effective and time-efficient way to get the glass repaired or replaced is usually via your insurance policy. Details on how to organise this can be found on your insurance policy, and any excess should be paid to the insurance company directly.
