When does my salary sacrifice car need an MOT?
If you have a brand-new car, you won’t usually need to worry about an MOT straight away. New vehicles require their first MOT once they reach three years old, so this will usually only apply if your lease is longer than three years or has been extended beyond the three-year mark.

What do I need to do?
Around a month before your MOT is due, we’ll get in touch and send you a short form to fill out. We’ll ask for a few details, including:
- Your details
- Your vehicle registration number
- Your current mileage
- Your availability
- Any time constraints for the MOT
Once we have this information, our Operations Team can arrange the booking and provide you with the details you need.
